🔁 Returns & Exchanges

• Return & Exchanges are available within 4 days of delivery.
• Returns are accepted for:
  • Damaged products
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect item received
  • Print defects
• An unboxing video is required for damage/defect claims.
• Reverse shipping fee: ₹149.
• Refunds are processed within 2–5 working days after approval

Exchange Process :

As FashXtreme is a marketplace with multiple partner brands, the exchange process may vary depending on the brand and your location. One of the following methods may be used:

• Instant Exchange: Our delivery partner delivers the new size and collects the old product at the same time.
• Pickup First: Our courier partner picks up the existing product. After it passes quality inspection, the replacement is shipped.
• Self-Ship (only in selected cases): If pickup service is unavailable, you may be requested to ship the product to the brand’s warehouse. The replacement will be dispatched after inspection.

Our support team will inform you of the applicable process after your exchange request is approved.

Order Cancellation :

• You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

Refunds:
- Prepaid orders: refunded to original payment method.
- COD orders: refunded via bank transfer or UPI
