Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped between 3-7 Days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Cities & Tier 1 Locations: 3-5 business days

Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5-7 business days

Remote Areas & Islands: Up to 10 business days

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be mentioned at checkout if applicable.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

You can track your order in real time.

5. Delivery Issues

If the courier partner fails to deliver, they will attempt 2-3 re-deliveries before returning the parcel.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for reshipping charges.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping will be introduced soon.
